Negativ: The temperature was too high and there is no way to do anything about it, the windows are locked and the air conditioing does nothing. I would think twice about comming back for that reason.

Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels ist für Business-Zwecke hervorragend.- Flughafen-Nähe (trotzdem nicht laut im Zimmer). Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Mein Bad, besonders die Dusche!!! war top. Sauberkeit ist gut. Leider befindet sich im Hotel kein Shop. Ich würde das Hotel bevorzugt wieder nehmen.

Negativ: Kein richtiger Shop im Hotel. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Positiv: mon sommeil et le confort du lit

Negativ: l'amabilité du personnel notamment à l'accueil du restaurant mais aussi au petit dejeuner, la douche qui éclabousse systématiquement la salle de bain, le ressenti bon marché du confort de la chambre, le petit dejeuner de qualité médiocre avec notamment des bananes servies dans un état peu appetissant (noircies par le murissement), des oeufs proposés à la cuisson mais personne pour les faire. Une seul machine à expresso car l'autre etait en panne. Enfin, aucun accueil au petit dejeuner. et un serveur débraillé qui de temps en temps passait.

Negativ: Wartezeit im Restaurant nach Bestellung war fast 1h - für einen Salat.

Positiv: Der übliche Standard der Radisson Kette ist gut für Dienstreisen geeignet.

Negativ: Mir wurde ein Zimmer mit defekten Schloss gegeben. Nachdem ich abends mein Zimmer verlassen hatte, kam ich nicht wieder rein. Mir wurde ein Ersatzzimmer gegeben, allerdings musste bis zum nächsten Tag um 7:30 warten, dass mir jemand die Tür öffnet.

Positiv: Perfect location at a walking distance of the airport and close to most Airbus Toulouse sites. The breakfast was good and there was a nice amount of variety. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Rooms are cleaned and tidied up every day which is great to see during coronavirus times. The hotel is very silent to be next to an airport and roads.

Negativ: The status of some of the room wallpaper is poor. We were not told that we had to book the Spa because of coronavirus restrictions so we missed the opportunity to enjoy it.

Negativ: I was surprised from the low quality of the breakfast. i used to come to this hotel before COVID and breakfast was one of the highlight which was for me the reason why i prefereed this hotel. This time Breakfast was really poor not appropriate for 4 star hotel. The bathroom had the mosture signes. this made a strange feeling to take the shower.

Negativ: la chambre était très froide, la mise à disposition des gels douche et shampoo attachés dans la baignoire, très peu pratique ! j'ai du les retirer de leur support en forçant pour obtenir le gel douche et shampoo.

Negativ: pas de douche...! fish and chips decevant pour le prix demandé - poisson a peine cuit et pas chaud manque de prsonnel pour le check pout du matin...

Negativ: No mini-bar or at least a bottle of water in the room. According to the pricing of a room per night, I would appreciate to have a bottle of water in the room - to have everything to refresh after a long day

Negativ: Die Holzmatte in der Sauna ist kaputt und muss dringend repariert werden!

Negativ: Raumluft stickig und muffig - kein Fenster zu öffnen, Lüftungsanlage wurde vom Personal abgeschaltet; Frühstück schlechter Service

Negativ: arrivée a 16h les couloirs était sales des détritus des chambres et moquette pas aspirer.

Negativ: Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Die Gläser sind fettig. Man kann die Fingerabdrücke zählen. Das habe ich bereits mehrmals angemerkt.

Positiv: Die Zimmer Größe.

Negativ: Leider Einiges. Insbesondere: nicht mal ein kleines Flaeschen stilles Wasser im Zimmer. Bar “ zum Abholen”. Mir wurde eine Flasche Wasser im Glas gestellt und sollte es selber zur Terrasse tragen ( Preis 6 € für o, 33ml). Ich weiß nicht warum das Personal so unfreundlich ist? Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, obwohl ich beruflich seit Jahren hierher komme ( war früher besser)

Negativ: Una de las noches la alarma de incendiio disparó a las 4:30 de la mañana. Hemos evacuado el edificio y luego nos mandaron entrar sin ningún tipo de explicación por parte del personal del hotel.
