Positiv: Wir wollten hier schon immer mal übernachten, hat sich aber nicht ergeben, weil es eigentlich recht teuer war. Wir hatten nun zu einem Angebotspreis in der 4. Etage übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Badezimmer ebenso. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Aufzüge waren immer schnell verfügbar. Super ist die Tiefgarage-keine Parkplatzsuche. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich Klasse. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Landungsbrücken.

Negativ: Die Klimaanlage war tatsächlich ein bisschen laut, je länger das Geräusch da war, umso besser konnte man es ignorieren. Leider war es (corona-bedingt) nicht einfach in die 20 th Up Bar zu kommen. Wegen der Abstandseinhaltung dürfen nur die Sitzplätze belegt werden. Es empfiehlt sich hier einen Tisch vorher zu reservieren.

Negativ: Service wird zunehmend schwächer, Wartezeiten beim Frühstück trotz Zeitbuchung. Defekter Kassenautomat Parken, keine gute Orga Beo Frühstück / Bar (20up - mit Tischzuweisung). Alles etwas sperrig geworden. Auschecken könnte auch einfacher sein.

Negativ: Problème avec la serrure de la porte de ma chambre : impossibilité de l'ouvrir avec une carte et obligation pour moi de demander de me faire ouvrir la porte de ma chambre par une personne de l'accueil (avec une clef). J'ai été malade (vomissement) apres avoir pris le petit déjeuné.

Meme avec la présentation d'un test PCR, il ont refusé de me laisser entrer. Ils ont également refusé de me faire un plateau repas à consommer dans la chambre. Pourtant ma réservation incluait les petits déjeuner. Le comportement du personnel de l'hotel est inadmissible. Je porte réclamation.

Et pour mon cas particulier, point mineur mais l'hotel est repute aussi pour sa vue mais ma chambre donne sur le systeme AirCond.

Negativ: 25 min d attente à la réception avec 2 employés débordés par le flux d arrivant. 20 min d attente au petit déjeuner pour être placé car la serveuse devait faire le placement, servir les boissons chaudes, et débarrasser les tables. Hôtel globalement impersonnel et bruyant.
