Negativ: Service Personal im Restaurant beim dinner. Ich fühlte mich genötigt Bestellung abzugeben, hektisches Verhalten der Servicekraft, Man hat gerade sein Besteck abgelegt, da wurde einem der Teller schon kommentarlos weggenommen. Service unzureichend, das Menü gut und anstandslos.

Negativ: Nothing in particular. If something minor to say: When arriving to my room every afternoon, the air conditioning was always ON and the room was really cold. Maybe it has to be given to the customer the option to have the air conditioning switched off or on when he/she is out.

Positiv: The location ( airbus and public transport) , the quality of the mattress, the peacefull atmosphere (silent nights) and the personal extremely nice and helpful

Negativ: I walked into the hotel and realised walking is not the foreseen way to arrive. The pedestrian way ends and you can chose between concrete tiles along the front garden, no way with a suitcase on wheels, or the road. I would have like to rent a bike for the evening. No way. This is not the type of service you get here.

Negativ: My room was really cold. Even when I adjusted the air con to the warmest it could be, I was sat in my coat at one point.

Negativ: TV did not work (power plug was removed already because scree was not dark at night, disturbing the sleep) Room was far too cold when I entered and poor possibility to heat it. When I returned from the breakfast the air condition was working at maximum again although I stopped it...why not save the energy?!?There was no extra blanket, so I spend a cold night.

Positiv: Room was big and clean. I liked that it had a GYM but I could not use it. It is very close to Airbus gate.

Positiv: I liked the cleanliness and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom well stocked with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. The gym is a bit small (5 people once it was bit crowded), but I used it twice and it served well.

Negativ: The aircon in room 420 is not working- always blowing hot regardless of the cold dial on the wall.. I had to sleep with the window opened, but the cigarette smoke was coming in from outside. Also, please check the shower temperature- it was pulsating between cold/hot - not mixing well to warm water. Very strange.

Negativ: In the bar area there's lots of comfy-chairs, but they are all clustered in groups, which means that if one person is sat in one, the other 4-5 chairs become unavailable. It would be better to have lots of small groups of maybe 2-3 chairs around small tables to make them more available.
